Specific service details, such as frequency, type of bins handled, and other inclusions, are outlined in your selected service plan details available on our website or during the sign-up process.
2. Service Term & Auto-Renewal
Service terms vary by plan (e.g., monthly, quarterly, custom terms). Unless otherwise specified, services are typically subscription-based and will automatically renew for subsequent periods of the same duration, unless canceled as explained in Section 5 (Cancellation & Refunds).
3. Billing & Payment
You will be billed according to the terms of your selected service plan. Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card or payment method you have on file with Bin Flow Pros on the first day of each new service term. Your initial payment will be processed immediately upon signing up for the service.
4. Pricing
Pricing for our services varies by plan and frequency, as detailed on our website or during the sign-up process. Any applicable discounts, promotions, or special rates will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting Bin Flow Pros directly through the provided contact methods. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your service at least 7 days prior to your next scheduled billing date. All payments for services are non-refundable once a new service period has begun. We do not issue refunds for partial service periods. If you cancel partway through a paid term, your service will continue until the end of that paid term.
6. Service Days & Municipal Collection
Bin Flow Pros operates based on the municipal trash and recycling collection schedule for your address. Holidays & Bad Weather: If municipal collection is delayed or canceled due to a holiday, severe weather, or any other unforeseen event, Bin Flow Pros will adjust its service to match the municipality's revised schedule. We are not responsible for municipal delays or cancellations, but we will always aim to service your bins promptly on the adjusted pickup day. We will do our best to communicate any such changes to you via email.
7. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure proper service, please ensure your designated bins are easily accessible to Bin Flow Pros personnel at their usual storage spot on your scheduled service day. Please ensure your bins contain only appropriate waste materials, as per your municipal guideline. It's also important to keep your payment information updated in your account to prevent service interruption.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bin Flow Pros will make every reasonable effort to provide reliable and efficient service. However, we cannot be held liable for:

Damage to bins not directly caused by our personnel's clear negligence.

Missed collections that occur because of customer non-compliance (e.g., bins that are inaccessible, or overloaded).

Any issues that arise directly from municipal collection services (e.g., your city's collection service being late, or damage to bins caused by municipal collectors).

Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Changes to Terms or Pricing
Bin Flow Pros reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions or our pricing at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our service after such notification means you accept the new terms.
